Bis dato gab es nur f\u00fcr jeden Konzernteil spezifische Anforderungen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die neuen wesentlichen Anforderungen sind in Bezug zur IATF 16949.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Stellantis unterscheidet bei den Anforderungen zwischen zwei Kategorien:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Kategorie 1:<\/strong> Erforderliche Informationen zur Unterst\u00fctzung der Auditierung der IATF-Anforderungen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kategorie 2: <\/strong>Zus\u00e4tzliche Anforderungen an das Managementsystem<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Das bedeutet jedoch, dass auf beide Kategorien R\u00fccksicht genommen werden muss, wenn Sie Lieferant von Stellantis sind. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Informationen der Kategorie 1 betreffen:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>6.2.2.1: Qualit\u00e4tsziele und Planung deren Erreichung &#8211; Erg\u00e4nzung: <\/strong>Ber\u00fccksichtigung der j\u00e4hrlichen Ziele des Lieferanten in den Qualit\u00e4tszielen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>7.5.3.2.1: Aufbewahrung von Aufzeichnungen: <\/strong>Aufbewahrungsfrist f\u00fcr spezifische Dokumente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>8.2.1.1: Kommunikation mit dem Kunden &amp; 8.6.1: Freigabe von Produkten und Dienstleistungen &#8211; Erg\u00e4nzung: <\/strong>Core Tools und zugeh\u00f6rige IT-Systeme in der Entwicklung <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>8.3.3.3: Besonderer Merkmale &amp; 8.3.5.1: Ergebnisse der Produktentwicklung &#8211; Erg\u00e4nzung &amp; 8.3.5.2: Ergebnisse der Produktionsprozessentwicklung: <\/strong>Klassifizierung der Hauptmerkmale wird \u00fcber die CTF List und PIS angezeigt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>8.5.6.1: \u00dcberwachung von \u00c4nderungen &#8211; Erg\u00e4nzung &amp; 8.5.6.1.1: Zeitlich begrenzte \u00c4nderungen in der Produktionsprozesslenkung: <\/strong>Klassifizierung von \u00c4nderungen ABCD<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>8.7.1.4: Lenkung nachgearbeiteter Produkte: <\/strong>Validierung der Nacharbeit durch Stellantis ist verbindlich<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>9.1.2.1: Kundenzufriedenheit &#8211; Erg\u00e4nzung: <\/strong>IATF-Beschwerden (ITAF Datenbank)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>10.2.3: Probleml\u00f6sung: <\/strong>Core Tools und erforderliche IT-Systeme f\u00fcr Probleml\u00f6sungsmanagement (8D report)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zus\u00e4tzliche Anforderungen der Kategorie 2 sind:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>5.1: F\u00fchrung der Verpflichtung: <\/strong>Stellantis Global Responsible Purchasing Guidelines m\u00fcssen ber\u00fccksichtigt werden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>8.3.3.2: Eingaben f\u00fcr die Produktionsprozessentwicklung: <\/strong>Eingaben in die Prozessgestaltung: AQR (und wenn anwendbar: CQI)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>8.4: Steuerung von extern bereitgestellten Prozessen, Produkten und Dienstleistungen: <\/strong>Lieferantenmanagement: \u00dcbermittlung der Risikobewertung und j\u00e4hrliche Bewertung an Stellantis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>8.4.2.4.1: &#8222;Second Party&#8220;-Audits: <\/strong>j\u00e4hrliche Selbstbewertung (MRS (MPA2) sowie Aktionsplan zur Zielerreichung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>8.6.1: Freigabe von Produkten und Dienstleistungen &#8211; Erg\u00e4nzung &amp; 8.4: <strong>Steuerung von extern bereitgestellten Prozessen, Produkten und Dienstleistungen<\/strong>: <\/strong>Proaktive Ma\u00dfnahmen in der Entwicklungsphase innerhalb der Lieferkette zur Absicherung eines sicheren SOP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>9.2.2.3: Prozessaudits in der Produktion: <\/strong>LPA-Prozess in der Produktion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>9.2.2.4: Produktaudit: <\/strong>Re-Homologation und Konformit\u00e4tspr\u00fcfungen durch nationale Beh\u00f6rden sowie Messberichte m\u00fcssen Stellantis innerhalb von 48 Stunden zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt werden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>10.2.5: Gew\u00e4hrleistungsmanagement: <\/strong>Gew\u00e4hrleistungsprozess zur effektiven Verwaltung installiert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>10.3.1: Fortlaufende Verbesserung &#8211;
