Viele arbeiten an Qualit\u00e4t, Innovation oder nachhaltigem Erfolg \u2013 doch oft fehlt ein klarer, ganzheitlicher Rahmen, der zeigt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wo stehen wir wirklich?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Was machen wir bereits gut?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wo liegt unser gr\u00f6\u00dftes Entwicklungspotenzial?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Genau hier setzt das <strong>Excellence Framework Europe (EFE)<\/strong> an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Das <a href=\"https:\/\/excellence-framework.eu\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/excellence-framework.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Excellence Framework Europe (EFE)<\/strong> <\/a>wurde <strong>2024 gemeinschaftlich entwickelt<\/strong> \u2013 unter Federf\u00fchrung mehrerer f\u00fchrender europ\u00e4ischer Excellence-Organisationen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.staatspreis.com\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.staatspreis.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Austrian Foundation for Quality Management (AFQM)<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilep.de\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.ilep.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Initiative Ludwig-Erhard-Preis e.V. (ILEP)<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/esprix.ch\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/esprix.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Stiftung ESPRIX Excellence Suisse (ESPRIX)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ziel dieser Zusammenarbeit war es, einen <strong>gemeinsamen europ\u00e4ischen Rahmen f\u00fcr organisationale Excellence<\/strong> zu schaffen, der die St\u00e4rken bestehender Modelle verbindet und Organisationen bei nachhaltiger Entwicklung unterst\u00fctzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EFE ist ein <strong>praxisorientierter Rahmen zur Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung von Organisationen<\/strong>.<br>Er unterst\u00fctzt dabei, Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit strukturiert zu analysieren, St\u00e4rken sichtbar zu machen und gezielt Verbesserungen umzusetzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Kern verbindet EFE:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ganzheitliches Organisationsverst\u00e4ndnis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>strukturierte Selbstbewertung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>messbare Reifegrade<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>systematische Weiterentwicklung<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dabei geht es nicht nur um Bewertung \u2013 sondern vor allem um <strong>Lernen, Entwicklung und nachhaltige Verbesserung<\/strong>.
